The characteristics of aluminum profile
The aluminum rod is used to melt, knead, and then get aluminum data of different sections. The production process of aluminum profile includes three processes: melting, kneading and coloring. Among them, the top colors include: oxidation, electrophoresis coating, fluorocarbon spraying, powder spraying, wood grain transfer process.
Features of aluminum profile:
1) corrosion resistance;
The density of aluminum profiles is only 2.7 g/cm3, which is about 1/3 of the density of steel, copper or brass (7.83 g/cm3, 8.93 g/cm3 respectively). In most environmental conditions, aluminum can show excellent corrosion resistance in air, water (or saline), petroleum chemistry, and many chemical systems.
2) conductivity;
The aluminum profile is often chosen because of its excellent electrical conductivity. On a flat basis, aluminium is nearly twice as conductive as copper.
3) thermal conductivity;
The thermal conductivity of aluminum alloys is about 50-60% of copper, which is beneficial for the production of heat exchangers, evaporators, heating appliances, food appliances, and the cylinder cover and radiator of the car.
4) non-ferromagnetic;
The aluminum profile is magnetic to the wrong metal, which is an important characteristic for the electric industry and the electronics industry. The aluminum profile is not self-igniting, which is important for the application of the handling or touching of flammable and explosive materials.
5) machinability;
The machinability of aluminium profile is excellent. In all kinds of deformed aluminum alloy and cast aluminum alloy, and in all kinds of conditions after the output of these alloys, machining characteristics change considerably, which requires special machine tools or skills.
6) formability;
Specific tensile strength, yield strength, ductility and the corresponding processing hardening rate dictate the change in the amount of the promised deformation.
7) recovery;
Aluminum is highly recyclable, and the properties of recycled aluminum are almost no different from native aluminum.
